Yay! New Toy!
Jul. 22nd, 2003 08:49 amAny video you have a song of, you can open in this program, and with a couple clicks of your mouse you can have a .wav file of the audio! Then any normal music program (MusicMatch, in my case) can convert the .wav to a .mp3.
But, the best part? It has a feature that lets you change when the audio starts playing within the video. We've all seen those captured clips where the audio is way out of sync with the video. I was playing around with it this morning with my mpeg of JC & co (Matt?, Tony?, Dale?) doing an MMC music video to Live and Learn. I've almost got it synched up, where the audio matches the video. I want to play with it a bit more when I get home from work tonight.
Fun! I can't wait to go through my files and see what videos I have that I want to get mp3's for!

Date: 2003-07-22 09:06 am (UTC)I won't tell you what time I staggered into the office this morning, but it was far, far FAR later than 8:30.

Date: 2003-07-22 09:11 am (UTC)I hate mornings. They're cruel, awful inventions. If I didn't get paid hourly, I'd be late much more often than I am. As it is, if I'm an hour late in the mornings, I get paid an hour less which is something I cannot afford to do. I could make it up in the evenings, but by the time 5 o'clock rolls around the last thing I want to do is stick around the office for another hour.
