rosebeeEver have one of those days where you just feel off?
It started last night, when I was brave and decided to go to a meeting for this community group I'm interested in helping out with. For me, that was a HUGE thing. I'm shy to the point where it can give me some serious anxiety-issues.
And, I'm sure that in and of itself, would not be enough to throw me off my emotional balance... but for the life of me, I can't figure out what could have been enough to do that.
Maybe I need to not stay late at work, pull all of my de-stressing tricks out of my hat, and get to bed early.
The whole thing is probably hormones, combined with a weekend that was full of too many activities, and too many people.

I hate feeling 'off'. I just want to feel like me.
