Looks closely at bottom of tag on the pants....
Um. That looks like the bottom part of a Levi's tag on those pants.
And it has the little 'W', to signify the waist size. Like on men's pants, that's the # of inches... ::peers closely:: I don't see a waist size #.
::pulls my womens' levis out of the dresser::
Yep. No waist # on these. 'Cuz women’s' pants come in sizes 8, 10, 12, etc...

Further proof... scroll down to the bottom of the post, and you'll see a shot of the pants that goes down to a bit below the knee. Tell me when men's pants started having that type of decoration on the pant legs, hmmmmm?
