rosebeeWe're supposed to get snow tomorrow night. Thursday is supposed to be in the low 40s, so whatever snow we get will melt. However, Thursday night is when the really cold air is supposed to hit, so the temperature is supposed to drop to the low 20s!! Friday will be nice & icy. :(
I'm supposed to go up to Portland Friday morning for a hearing aid check with my audiologist. I really hope the roads will be ok!!
Derby stuff: I got my mouthguard from my dentist yesterday. It fits really well, and I think it'll work out nicely. My sport glasses are supposed to be done tomorrow. It'll be a nice long lunchtime walk to go from my workplace to the glasses place. :) There's an introductory mandatory meeting on Saturday, and the first practice is on Monday. I'm not worried about the skating part of practices... but half of the practices for the first several weeks is going to be off-skate things like pushups, crunches, lunges, squats, and etc... and that has me worried. I desperately need to do those kinds of exercises as my core muscle strength is not what anyone would call strong.
Work: It was really nice having the day off yesterday. I was VERY productive!! 5 loads of laundry, vacuumed the living room, hallway & both bedrooms, and finally put away all the xmas decorations (I know, I know, it's nearly March, I've been meaning to do that for WEEKS, but my weekends kept running out of time, and I was too tired to do it on weeknights).
