rosebeeSo I went to see my first Roller Derby game on Saturday night.
It was a ton of fun - the first game, er 'bout', was VERY close, and was a blast to watch. The 2nd game was also good, but the scoreboard was broken so it was difficult to follow what was happening.
I helped out at my Dad's self-defense seminar on Sat afternoon (taking turns with my mom recording the event). Saturday turned out to be a VERY busy day. Next time there's a derby game, I won't schedule anything else to happen after say, oh 2pm. We literally went from one event straight to the other.
PS - Happy 30th Birthday to Justin Timberlake!! He should celebrate by getting back in the studio & recording a new album
