I had a GREAT weekend.
After breakfast & the Farmer's Market on Saturday, MrB & I went to go see RED. It was a fun movie, nothing wonderful & spectacular, but a fun movie and a good way to spend an afternoon. Then it was off to a friend's house warming/engagement party.
Yesterday I got laundry done, went to my weekly sign practice, dropped of a book at my mom's house, went grocery shopping, then went roller skating again.
The skating was fun! My balance was a little off all evening, so I had to put a little extra concentration into it, but it went well. Except for when one guy came up behind me and bumped into me. I at least managed to fall forward instead of backwards so my poor tailbone didn't get injured again. My knee pads & wrist guards did their job & no injuries there! My elbow pads however were too loose (& I knew this), and they dug into my skin giving me two bleeding scrapes. :( Those will be a little tender for a few days.
And I must've done something to my left shoulder when I fell because DAMN it's a bit sore & challenging to raise my arm up.
