Workday is over! This afternoon was full of frustration & massive amounts of irritation. I'm still trying to figure out if the irritation was justified, or if I was overreacting for some reason (like starting my lightbox too early - it was only 5 minutes this morning, so I'm not sure it was enough enough to cause irritability). This is normally around the time of year I start that, but with the Cymbalta now I'm thinking my SAD/Winter Blues aren't going to be as severe and aren't going to start as early.
I'm still a little sore from falling down skating on Sunday. I have bruises on my left elbow and both knees, but they don't really hurt unless I touch them (or roll over onto them in the middle of the night). The one that is causing me grief is my tailbone - I fell fairly hard on my ass and I think I might've bruised it. I have some tightness/discomfort if I take long strides while walking, and whatever muscles there I use to roll over at night in bed hurt & wake me up.
It's time for me to go do something about dinner.
