Dental checkup this morning was passed with flying colors. :)
I'm almost done putting my birthday list together.
My half-sister arrives today for a week and a half long visit!! :D YAAAAYYY!!! I haven't seen her for almost 2 years so it'll be REALLY good to see her again.
I've made reservations for hubby & I to go camping in a national forest campground that's on a river. It's a beautiful place and I'm excited! We've both been camping separately as children, but it's never something we've done together so it'll be an interesting adventure for the 2 of us. I've also never gone camping as the grown-up that had to plan meals & cook & wash dishes. I may have to sit down with my mom & figure out what things I need. I'm going to borrow some stuff from her anyway (tent & camp stove).
Adam Lambert had an amazing performance in NYC last night. The pictures & videos coming in from that show are amazing! It's getting me VERY excited for next month when I get to finally see him perform live & in-person!
Cymbalta is still my new best friend. Especially now that I've found out that I have bipolar on *both* sides of my family. Mom & half-sis both have the mostly-depression Type II, my father's sis has Type 1, and paternal grandma has *something* that was treated with ECT in the 1940s or 50s. All the time I've known her she has the thickest pair of rose colored glasses I've EVER seen.
