Again? Sigh.
Feb. 23rd, 2010 07:17 amYesterday was a really good day for me! Same rather tedious stats project I was doing on Friday, but I was motivated and upbeat and had a really great day. :)
Wasn't too tired yesterday either, even though I woke at 4 and only managed to doze off and on for the remaining 2 hours of my sleeping time.
I got to bed at 10pm last night, and again woke up at 4am. :( Except this morning, even though I took a melatonin (or at least what I thought was one), I couldn't get back to sleep at all! I even moved out to the recliner at 4:30am, and still couldn't do more than drowse and maybe doze off for 10 minutes. I'm VERY tired today.
I just want to be able to get a good night's sleep. I really hope the sleeping problems are caused by the tummy troubles and not by something else. It'll be easier to fix the tummy troubles than have to once again hunt down a cause and then a solution.
At least tomorrow is *finally* my appointment with a GI dr-type person. A full three weeks after I first saw my regular Dr about the issue. :/
I SOOO want to be able to get a good solid night's sleep. It'd be nice to not be constantly dealing with this upset tummy feeling (with bits of nausea, too).

Date: 2010-02-24 12:29 am (UTC)I haven't really noticed whether or not ginger or peppermint help. I'm very fond of peppermint tea, but it doesn't really seem to do much one way or the other as far as my tummy's concerned.
I'm really hoping I'll get some answers at the Dr's tomorrow (or at least a step in that direction).
