It's already Thursday!

Saturday morning I have a sewing class. I had really been hoping to have a linen shirtdress cut out and ready to sew by then. But I haven't even done the adjustments yet, let alone cut out the fabric! I also still need to hem my halter-top dress. And I cut out a quick & easy knit skirt... and I haven't sewn that one up yet either!

Maybe it'll be not-so-hot when I get home tonight and I can actually get something done sewing-wise. I'm thinking the hemming will be easiest. I've already got the lining pinned & folded & ready to sew, and I still have to fold & pin the dress itself.

Work's going well. I was panicked earlier about all the extra stuff I had to pull & copy & find, so I asked someone if she had time in the next couple weeks if she could help me out & do it for me. And she did have time! She got it all done in a day and half!! :) A big relief to have that done. :D

Physical Therapy is also going well, my knee now only hurts if I don't do my exercises for more than 1 day in a row. I can skip 1 day, but not 2.

VERY glad the NKOTB guys are still tweeting now that they're on a break. :) I'm a Joey girl at heart, always have been always will be, but I absolutely adore Donnie's tweets! They're so positive/uplifting/thoughtful/heartfelt... etc.

And now I go shower.

The Tour of Homes is this weekend. I'm thinking about going, but we'll see.

It's hard for me to sew when it's hot--I get frustrated adn cranky easier and make more mistakes.

Isn't it nice having a few cooler days? I'm blissful about it!

Yay for help at work and SUPERyay for your knee!!!!
