NKOTB webcast...

rosebeeThe webcast of their Dallas show Friday night was fabulous!! I was SO happy to see that the live broadcast showed Jabbawockeez, as they were awesome! And I was even happier to see the live webcast did NOT show Jesse McCartney, because I didn't like him much when I saw the show in Seattle.
My personal hope/belief is that they decided to do the webcast for the second-to-last show so they could test out the camera angles & such so they could film the final show (which was last night) for a concert DVD! No clue if this hope of mine is realistic at all, but it sounds good, doesn't it?
Anyone else see the NKOTB webcast?
The NKOTB downtime that started after last night's show is desperately needed by the guys. They've been going almost non-stop for over a year! (I consider the Today show in May 2008 to be the kickoff for all this).
I also saw an interview Danny did where he said the plan that had been discussed & agreed to by all the guys was to take a short break and then release a *new* album in 2011. With Joey & Barrett expecting their second baby, I wouldn't expect Joey to want to do anything with NKOTB until after the new baby (due date is in December) is at least a few/several months old.
I really really do hope that the guys will continue to use Twitter just as much as they have been on the tour. It's SO much fun to read their tweets. I especially love Donnie's words of wisdom. :) And the twitpics that they occasionally post are also awesome to see!
And now I think I'm going to try and get some sewing done while it's nice and super cool in the house! 70 in the living room, and 64 here in the computer room (it's mid-50s outside).
On the list of things I MUST get the hubby to do today: take a trip to our storage unit & pick up our A/C unit. I really want to get that set up in the living room before the expected heat wave starts up again tomorrow. Today's only supposed to be 85, but 92 tomorrow, 95 Tuesday, 92 Wednesday & Thursday, 96 Friday, and 98 expected for Saturday!
