I'm done! (I hope)

The exam on Wednesday went quite a bit better than I expected. The essay questions, and the long-matching-style multiple choice questions weren't too hard & they were all on stuff I knew fairly well.

I have yet to figure out why they take so damn long to grade these things, but I won't know until August 4th how I did. I really, really, really hope I passed it. I'd love to be done with this.


Portland people! Since we've now learned that Justin will be performing last at the Striptified concert, I won't be able to sneak out of the concert after he's done and drive back home to the coast like I was kind of hoping. My money situation's kind of tight, so I can't really afford to get a motel room for the night. Is there some kind soul that wouldn't mind having a sweet, unobtrusive house guest for an overnight stay?

I was hoping you'd say that, but I didn't want to come straight out and ask. Oh, and before I forget, I seem to remember reading some comments somewhere that said something about a pre-concert gathering? I think I was in a hurry that evening and didn't have time to comment myself & chime in with my 2 cents.

The concert should be fun, I'm looking forward to it.

I'm sure we'll do something before the concert, I just don't know yet. It will probably be easiest for you to just come here and then we'll leave from my house. The hubby is coming with so it's going to be a family event!

Now comes the nearly 3 months of torture while I wait for them to grade the darn thing. 90% of the test is one of those bubble-sheet things. Granted, there are 2 essay questions, but still... 3 months!


Oh, I meant to reply to your post a while back (but I was in a hurry to get out the door)... to do a cut-away the coding is as follows (but with "<" & ">" instead of [ & ]
