It's very sad!

When the alarm went off this morning, it was all dark outside! Not dead-of-night dark, but I needed a light on in the bedroom in order to see, and I haven't needed that for quite a while. While I like the changing of the seasons, I do not like the loss of light. Fall used to be my favorite time of year when I was younger. I loved the crisp & cool mornings and the nice warm days. I still do. I just don't like the darkness that comes with it.

One of these days I'm going to buy one of those alarm clocks that has a special built-in light and slowly gets brighter and brighter to wake you up. I love nothing more than waking up to a nice bright sunny room. It's one of the best things about summer, for me.

I have/get to do go that sleep study tonight. I'm apprehensive and eager at the same time. I hope it's not too hard to sleep with all those wires & things I know they'll have to hook up. On one hand, I hope they find something because that would give me both a reason and a solution as to why I never really have much energy. On the other hand, I'd be perfectly happy if they said I didn't have it, or rather I had a very mild form of it and I don't need one of those CPAP things.
