And so another week begins...

It was a good weekend, but as usual not nearly long enough.

We got boxes and an empty bookshelf moved into the large storage unit. And now we have a living room we can actually move around in!! It's big enough for me to pull out a mat and do my balance ball exercises, and to pull out the orbitrek and get a little cardio exercise. The best part of all is that I can sit down and watch tv or play FF12 on my PS2 and not feel like the room's going to cave in on me. :D

I'm SOOOO excited!! We get a new Heroes tonight!!! ::bounces around the room:: I can hardly wait!!

MrBee & I were going to take a drive up in the Cascades yesterday, but yesterday morning rolled around and we both still had a lot of chores and other things to do so we decided to have a semi-lazy day and stay home. I'm proud to say that yesterday I didn't leave the house at all! I also got all the laundry done, and the kitchen got cleaned up a bit too.

Saturday night we went to go see a band called Pink Martini. I'd never seen them perform before, so it was fun to watch them. It's a large 12-14 person band so there was a lot going happening on the stage. The songs from their latest album I really didn't enjoy much. Their other stuff was very diverse (they sing in at least 4 languages), and had a nice wide variety of instruments on the songs. The new stuff was done with the singer, a soft violin, a piano, and an occasional soft contribution from another instrument. Really bland & boring, in my opinion. So I won't be getting the most recet album, but I may borrow the 2 earlier ones from my new sister-in-law (wife of MrBee's brother).

I'd love to stay home and play hooky today. I did a lot of Final Fantasy 12 playing yesterday and it was fun. MrBee will need the computer room reguarly starting today as the local community college classes start today (he's taking a couple of them online). So no computer-game playing for me... but that's what my PS2 is for! :)

And off I go to shower.

13 hours and 59 minutes to HEROES!!!!! :D
ETA: so I can't do mental math very well before 10am...

OMG it was SOOOO good, too!!

I can't wait to find out what happened to Peter (like how he got there, & when he'll get his memory back)!

I know! I have my own little theories about what happened with Peter and why he doesn't know anything, but I haven't read any spoilers so I don't really know what's going on. And I'm really curious to find out what Maya's power is and how it relates to her brother, even if it's just that she doesn't have control over her power yet and her brother can keep her calm and that prevents her power from being used.

What are your theories? I haven't thought much about the hows & whys of what happened to Peter.

I read the online comics, but nothing else. Maya and her brother made an apperance in last week's comic (where actually the main focus of it).

Well, since Peter 'blew up' at the end of last season, it can be assumed that he retained at least some of the powers he absorbed over the course of season 1, so I'm thinking that he was able to regenerate himself and that was how he didn't die in the explosion, but Nathan still thought he did. I think the Haitian is involved and he's responsible for Peter having amnesia. I don't have any ideas as to how Peter ended up in a crate in Ireland 4 months after he exploded or why he was wearing a necklace with that symbol on it.
