Augghhhhhhh!! What am I going to do?!

So I have a Sims2 family. Mom is family sim, dad is knowledge sim. They have 3 existing children. The oldest two were born at the same time, but aren't twins as one is the result of an alien abduction and the other isn't (I decided it'd be fun to see how an alien and human child grow up together). Those oldest two are teenagers now (thank heavens too, I'll explain why in a bit). The third child is a girl (the oldest two are an alien girl and a human boy).

The dad wanted to get abducted again, so after what seemed like eons of stargazing it finally happened. And because when he got back the mom had a want to have a baby I decided to go ahead and have them try for baby. That try was successful. I wasn't too worried as I had managed an earlier alien & human pair of babies & toddlers.

Well what nearly knocked me off my chair in surprise was that the alien pregnancy turned out to be twin girls!
The mom's human pregnancy also turned out to be a girl.
I now have 3!!! sim babies. Three!!! What in the hell am I going to do! This is like triplets!! I haven't touched the twin/triplet/quad hack for a damn good reason - that's just too damn many babies at once.
O.M.G. Three!!

The alien twin girls I named Jade & Emerald, and the human baby girl is Sienna.
At least I have a stay-at-home dad, and two teenagers. I think though that I'm going to permanently hire a nanny.
And the house is way too damn full so as much as I think having the teenagers around to help would be nice, I might just ship them off to college.

But what the hell am I going to do with THREE!! babies & then 3 toddlers?!

But yeah, I nearly had a heart attack when two babies popped out, because I knew I had another one coming shortly after. I got enough cribs for all (luckily it was a large nursery room to begin with), and promptly saved the game. It's gonna be a while before I have the guts to go back to that house.

I don't like getting twins, but I've gotten used to that (one neighborhood I had every other household popped out twins for their second birth).

I don't know what I'm going to do with three though. It'll be a challenge, that's for sure!

Sometimes when I've had both infants and toddlers at the same time I've bought an extra fridge and trashcan and placed it in or right outside the nursury. If the kitchen is far away from the nursury this can save a lot of feeding time. And nannies, yes! An absolute must, even though I usually end up hating them because they're so stupid!

I'm amazed that you've had so many twins, I only have two sets in my neighbourhood with about 20 families and every family with 2-6 children. I have a plan that I want all of them to grow up at the same time and the send all of them off to university at the same time! I'm at at stage where about half of the kids are teens now and I've been playing since April!

I was thoroughly baffled by all the twins. I created several families (mom, dad, & 1 toddler) in CAS to start up a new neighborhood. It seemed like at least 5 or 6 of the 8 families I created, the 2nd birth turned out to be twins. In my other neighborhood, I had a lot more families but only a couple sets of twins and only then after a long time playing.

I still haven't gone back to that house! LOL I think I'm really gonna have to get up the urge/courage to go back and try and deal with 3 babies. I like your idea of a 2nd fridge & trashcan! I think that will help a lot! Thanks!!
