A very cool website where you put in your weight, and how many minutes you spent doing a particular activity, and it tells you approximately how many calories you burned!
I have discovered that the 40 minute bike ride I took this evening with my mom burned up 370 calories! Much more than walking would have for the same period of time. Though 40 minutes on an elliptical trainer would've burned about another 100 calories. But I like bicycling so much better! I get outside, I get to see things, I get to bike with my mom (and maybe someday my hubby-to-be once he moves over here or if he brings his bike over with him one weekend when he visits).
