What a nice change!!!!!
Aug. 22nd, 2005 09:33 amTo be working at a place where when my boss says "i've got your evaluation done, why don't you read it over and then we can talk about it" I don't immediately panic and wonder if this is the time I've finally performed so badly that I'll not have a job.
Had my eval, my boss *loves* me!! Is in fact quite worried that I'm too good & too intelligent to be happy & non-bored here. I reassured her that I love it here, and I absolutely adore being able to go home at the end of the day not stressed out & exhausted.
I don't think I even have the words to express what a relief it is to be at a place where I don't have to struggle every day just to barely scrape by. My days aren't a constant struggle, and I'm performing not only at an acceptable level, but at an above-average/exceptional level!!! :D
