I just got a *brand new* date stamp!
::beams::

The year wheel on old one I'd been using only went through 2004.

My new one goes from 2004 - 2009. Plus it's brand spanking new. No ink on it *anywhere*!

Is it sad that I'm so happy by something so insignificant? Or is it just one more sign that I am truly an accountant-nerd?
Maybe it means I need help. I'm sure that's it.

Has anyone seen Shark Tale? The boyfriend & I are thinking about going to see it sometime soon (like, before it leaves the local theaters), but I was wondering what people thought about it.

I also REALLY want to see Polar Express when it comes out. I remember reading that book (I read it to my little stepsister) and just being in awe about how beautiful the pictures were, and how adorably cute the story was. I hope the movie is done well.

I saw Shark Tale and while it is cute and fun, it's definitely no Finding Nemo or Shrek 2.

So I found out. The boyfriend made a suggestion that we go see The Incredibles instead, and after reading your comment I jumped on that bandwagon wholeheartedly. Unfortunately though, while we managed to get to the theater early enough to get tickets for a later showing, we forgot to return early enough to get decent seats. I *hate* sitting in the first 3 rows and just about breaking my neck to see the screen. So we traded in the tickets and went to go see Shark Tale. It was ok. There were some cute moments. It was definitely a 'renter' though, and not one I would've wanted to pay full-price to see at the theater (gotta love matinee prices!).

Shark Tale is cute, but not as funny as I thought it would have been.

Dude, I *love* getting new office supplies. My staple puller recently broke, and my new one came in today...it's so pretty! It's maroon and all magnetic, and it pulls out all staples with no trouble! Hmm...maybe getting excited over office supplies really is an accountant thing?

Well, we tried to go see The Incredibles, but it was sold out and while we got tickets ahead of time, we didn't return to the theater in enough time to get seats that were somewhere other than the first 2 rows. So we exchanged our tickets and went to see Shark Tale. It was ok. It had some cute moments, but I probably would've voted to rent that movie and spend my theater tickets on something more worthwhile.

So, you're an accountant too, huh?

Cool!
