Where'd my good sleep go?
Jan. 3rd, 2011 06:05 amAfter three nights of staying up late and sleeping in, I had to go to bed on time last night AND wake up at 5:50. It didn't go as well as I would've liked.
I also flipped my mattress yesterday, so it was much firmer than usual.
And after skating from 7 to 9pm last night, going to bed at 10pm was not happening (plus you know, the whole staying up until midnight+ the last few nights).
Once I did get to sleep, I didn't get nice deep restful sleep. Lots of weird dreams & waking up. I think my nerves over trying out for derby might've been affecting my sleep. Plus I fell on my ass at the rink last night when trying a jump. (sore ass + firm mattress = not a good combination for great sleep).
I'm not overly tired though, which is a bit odd.
Hopefully I'll get good sleep tonight. ::crosses fingers::
