It's official...
Apr. 2nd, 2007 06:58 amI'm a renewed Sims2 addict. I purchased the Pets expansion pack on Friday evening, and guess what I spent my entire weekend doing?
It's been a LOT of fun though. I'm eagerly awaiting Seasons. That one looks fabulous. I hear Pets is a lot like University, fun at first, but before long tedious. I'm building new houses with future garden plots in mind. And I'm having fun with cats and dogs. I really want another couple days of weekend, but it's not to be. I have to go to work today. :(

Our adorable kitty Maya is still as wonderful as ever. She still doesn't like having her claws trimmed though. But she is getting better about it.
We had fun planning our honeymoon route. We're staying at Glacier National Park and we've planned on two nights to get there and two nights to get back. The two nights to get back are actually both going to be in Boise, where we're going to throw a reception/wedding celebration party for HTB's friends.
But for the two nights to get there, we've decided to stay somewhere in Hood River, OR the first night, and then in Sandpoint, Idaho the second.
We found a really neat looking inn to stay at in Sandpoint, too. See here, it only has those three rooms, and it's in a 100-year-old building that used to be the town's bank. I've stayed at commercial chain hotels before, and HTB & I both figured it would be fun to do things a bit differently on the once-in-a-lifetime vacation that is our honeymoon. :)
And now I go feed the cat and shower so that I can be presentable at work. And try not to think about how my boss wants me at work at the crack of 8 (I'm not good about getting to work on time in the mornings... I'm usually there by a quarter after at the latest). There's a department directors meeting this morning where they're going to be discussing the screwup that is the IT Department's billing system, and how they're going to fix it. And since it's numbers related my boss wants me to attend with him.
