It's slowly coming together...
Feb. 1st, 2006 07:17 pmIn the process of the move we somehow managed to lose temporarily misplace the plastic sleeves that clip together around the 4 metal poles that hold up the metal shelves on HTB's 4 shelf storage rack. We've desperately needed the storage space, and today the replacement sleeves we ordered nearly 2 weeks ago have finally shown up!!
So we've got the storage rack put together and a LOT of the boxes that were in the hallway and some of the other piles of stuff have been transferred and things aren't nearly so cluttered. The rack is all sorts of cluttered & full, but that's sort of the point. We can't fully open the freezer door (I have a small fridge sized freezer in addition to the combo fridge/freezer that came with the apartment), but I don't think that's going to be a problem. It might be a problem with the plastic storage bin that sits on the bottom of the freezer, but I might be able to angle it enough so it can be pulled out enough to store things in.
It's slow progress, but it's progress.
HTB ordered me a copy of that game I've been lusting after. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. We got the Game of the Year edition that has both of the expansion packs bundled in with it. :)
I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival. After which time I'm hoping I'll remember to come up for air long enough to do important things like eat, sleep, go to work, and communicate & interact with my future spouse. :) For my own well-being, I'm hoping it arrives Friday afternoon when I'm at work. If it were to arrive say tomorrow afternoon I think it might be in my own best interest to simply not open it until I don't have to be anywhere the next day. :)
