Happy Day!!!! ::bounces in computer chair::

I hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed their holiday weekend!! I know I did. :)

An amazing thing happened this weekend. I downgraded technologically speaking. I know, I know... I never thought this day would come either! ( why my PDA got replaced )

And just as always, I jumped out of my skin constantly last night. I have such a high startle reflex it's not even funny!! I really enjoy watching the fireworks though. I just wish they weren't so suddenly loud & noisy. :/

I love having only a 4-day workweek ahead of me! And then after that I get to hop on an airplane and go see my hubby-to-be, as my lovely wonderful amazing boss has agreed to send me to a week-long grantwriting class that just *happens* to be held in the same town as where my HTB lives! :)

And now I should get my little behind to work or I'm gonna be late. And that would be bad.

I'll have to write more later about my stepbrother's wedding I went to on Saturday afternoon, the rather nice sunburn I received because I forgot to put on sunscreen, and how nice my new stepsister-in-law's father is!

Finally saw this movie over the long weekend.

Star Wars!!! :)

So, the weekend before last hubby-to-be & I went to go see Episode III. LOVED IT!!!!

I was immediately overcome with an uncontrollable urge to watch Episodes IV, V & IV. We rented Episode IV that Sunday afternoon.

This past 3-day weekend I rented V & VI. Everyone's seen Star Wars, so I'm not gonna cut for any spoilers.

At the very end, when they're all partying because they won, the ghosts of Yoda, Obi-Wan & Anakin appear.

The ghost of Anakin is now Hayden Christensen!!! When in the hell did they do this?!?!!
I'm all for continuity, but even if you're George Lucas you can't just up & change Star Wars!!

I wish I could remember what Anakin's ghost used to look like before they redid it for the godknowshowmany time.
