The Sims & expansion packs

rosebeeAll these screenshots of nsync-sims has me itching to be able to join in the fun.
At first I thought that because my computer's so old, that it wouldn't be able to run the program very well.
But then I remembered that I had forgotten the fact that the sims games are old enough that they'll run just fine on my computer.
My first thing I caved on? I bought the PS2 sims game 'Bustin' Out'. It's WAY addictive! I accidentally stayed up until 2am last night playing.
As far as I can tell, the PS2 game doesn't let you make gay sims. :( I still have a JC & a Justin sim sharing a house. They're on the "Rock Star" career track. ::grins
Something tells me the next thing I'm going to cave on is the PC Sims game & all of its expansion packs.
What expansion packs should I get? I wanna make nsync-sims that can hook up with each other. *g*

Date: 2004-01-10 10:38 am (UTC)There's a $35 version called "The Sims Double Deluxe" and it has the game, plus the 1st two expansion packs (Livin' Large & House Party), luckily, Hot Date was the 3rd expansion pack, and I saw it on amazon.com for a mere $15.
They all allow 'relationships' to a point (from what I've been able to figure out), but with Hot Date, the "hanky-panky" factor evidently increases dramatically.
