I haven't found any. But, I have figured out that you have to buy & install the expansion packs in the order they were released, otherwise if you go back to install an earlier one, there's a good chance you have to uninstall the entire game.
There's a $35 version called "The Sims Double Deluxe" and it has the game, plus the 1st two expansion packs (Livin' Large & House Party), luckily, Hot Date was the 3rd expansion pack, and I saw it on amazon.com for a mere $15.
They all allow 'relationships' to a point (from what I've been able to figure out), but with Hot Date, the "hanky-panky" factor evidently increases dramatically.
