Interviewer: Politics first. The gay-civil-unions guy is running for president. What do you think of Howard Dean's candidacy?
Hal: I think he seems like a great guy. I'm not a big fan of Western medicine, so having a doctor in the White House isn't a good idea, but it's better than a spoiled rich kid with a psychotic reflex.
I knew I liked him for a reason! He's damn funny! (I agree with him about the "spoiled rich kid with the psychotic reflex"completely... let me clarify. In all humor there's a grain of truth. Sometimes smaller, sometimes larger. I agree with the grain of truth, or the truth as I perceive it, in that funny little statement of his.
