My glasses - I want a pair that doesn't make my head hurt. Soon. Hopefully today. Or at least get my old lenses back in my frames today. After 3 tries to get these glasses made right, I'm feeling really embarrassed about going back and telling them they're still not working and I want a refund. I'm excited about going to see the other lady though. She has a really good reputation as someone who's experienced in dealing with the kind of problems my eyes have.
Justin & his Grammys - I'm SOOO happy for him! He's worked so hard to get to this point, and he deserves every moment of success he's having. I think "Cry Me A River" is a wonderful song, and I think "Justified" is a wonderful album. I'm kind of boggled that he won over the other people he was nominated against in each of those categories.
JC's radio interviews - Ginormous {{{hugs}}} to all you lovely people who are feeding my addiction by posting mp3's and screencaps of webcams. Only 2 weeks to go!!! I can hardly stand it! EEEEEE!
hmmmm... there was more. I know there was. Oh yeah...
Justin & his future plans - I can't say it's unexpected. I will say it's personally...disappointing disconcerting. It makes me wonder just how feasible that would be. And that given his new found respect and recognition, I just have to wonder what's really going to happen. With as hard as he's worked to get where he is now as a respected solo artist... ETA: off the fingertips thoughts that came to me while commenting in someone else's post: I have a difficult time seeing him record 2 albums at once. Granted, Joey & Lance recorded the Celebrity CD (or was it the PopOdyssey tour interlude movie clips?) at the same time as when they were filming On The Line. But Joey & Lance don't share lead vocals, either.
So, maybe this is a good thing. Maybe this'll allow Chris, Joey, & Lance to have more leads! ::thinks happy thoughts::
JC at the Grammys - How cute was it that he seat-hopped, and showed up *just* to support his boy! And sit next to Momma Harless in Justin's seat while he was up performing!! It makes my little JuC heart go pitter-patter! ::happy sigh::
MTV's new scheduling of "racy" videos - Good fucking god! Are we all going back 30 years because the country is so damn paranoid about a little nudity? It's absolute crap! Then again, they don't really play videos too often outside of that time frame anymore anyway, other than TRL.
