Yes, it's true. Email away, just don't host it on a server, but I talked to BT today...
"Anyone who want's to hear it....I WANT THEM TO HEAR IT!! They can file share that @#%$ all they want! I just wanted them to hear the FINISHED album and see the art work all at once. If they want to trade the song, that is cool, just listen to the record as a whole body of work when it comes out."
So AIM and email that mofo like mad.
Cool! My biggest complaint with the 'harshness' of the legal stuff that was threatened/suggested/talked about earlier was that it really painted BT & co in a bad light, in my eyes.
This truly does make me more inclined to actually go out and buy the album. When I first heard FoG, I was going to buy the album. Then that whole 'his lawyers are gonna get you' thing started going around, and I really didn't think too highly of him and was considering whether or not I actually wanted to buy the album anymore.
