The latest version of Kazaa Lite has a way of hiding some of the shared music files on a user's hard drive and can purportedly prevent users with an IP address associated with the RIAA from scanning the list of active users.
Looks like I'm going to be making sure I've got the latest version of Kazaa lite installed when I get home tonight.
Hopefully this new version of Kazaa Lite actually works the way it claims to. Otherwise, it looks like I've got to figure out what
embitca called the 'old fashioned way' of sharing files. (usenet & irc).
