The best part is the 2nd one - the two DJs ask Adam to critque their 'beach bodies'. Adam has a good time with this assignment.
Also, we indirectly learn the parts of Adam's body that he'd like to work on. Adam says one of the DJs has a similar build as him, and says "what we need to work on is sit-ups. And push-ups. Just tone it up a bit."
The sit-ups bit wasn't new - I remember a corset-looking thing over his abdominal area in the Sydney MardiGras pictures. Personally I'd LOVE to see Adam completely bare-chested, just as he is now, no extra pushups or situps required. Somehow I doubt this will happen.
