Back to reality...

rosebeeThe mini-vacation was great!
We left for Bend yesterday afternon, got to our hotel & chilled out in the room. It had wifi so MrB downloaded & watched the Family Guy while I watched the DWTS premiere! I was SOOO happy Derek (& Nicole) did so well! Judging by last night (though I missed seeing the last three performances - Kate, Pam, & Aiden), I think Evan (Mr gold-medalist figure skater) and Nicole will be the two to beat. Though a lot can change, last night was just the first performance.
Today we slept in, got a fabulous breakfast at a diner, took a nap, slowly toured a museum (High Desert Museum in Bend), drove around & enjoyed the scenery, then a GREAT dinner at a steakhouse, and then drove back home.
Now attempting to catch up on all the wonderful interwebs that I missed.
