Happy Friday!! :D
Nov. 20th, 2009 07:06 amIt's a wonderfully nice Friday in Fall.
I can hear the rain on the tin roof of the carport, I got a good full night's sleep last night, and life's pretty good!
We also got our cable fixed! Because we hadn't been using the cable company's converter box (because our TV was new enough that it could do it without the box), the cable company started deleting channels because it wasn't getting a signal back from its box. :/
So we called them, re-hooked up the box, and now the TV gets all the channels its supposed to! :D We still need to re-connect the cable to the HTPC... but that involves a lot of re-mapping of channels and takes a good bit of time. I'm hoping MrB will have time to take care of that this weekend.
Tomorrow I really want to get my last Balloon Shade done. I'm SO very very close. All that's left is to sew on three rows of Roman Shade Tape, and then I'll be done. Though of course I'll still need to get the hanging board mounted, velcro the shade up, and then thread the string through all the rings on the rows of roman shade tape. I'm hoping to get all that done in time so I can show off to my MIL when she comes to visit for Thanksgiving.
And now I should go investigate the shower.
