Also, I got myself a rain hat! This REI Airflyte Cap - a totally waterproof baseball hat! :) Should be perfect to wear with a hoodless jacket in light rain or under the hood of my rain jacket in heavy rain.
I hate two things: Being cold, and not being able to see. Not being able to see can frequently occur when rain gets on my glasses. And while my rain jacket has a hood, and has a little stiffened brim part... it's really only long enough to keep rain off my forehead and does nothing for keeping rain off my glasses.
Sadly, I did not sleep as well as I would've liked last night... but that's ok, because starting tomorrow I have 9 whole days in a row to sleep in as much as my body will let me! :D
That's all I got. While I have a lot on my to-do list at work today, something tells me I'm also going to spend a fair bit of time making mental (& written) lists of everything I need to remember to pack for our vacation next week!
