YAY!! It's Friday!!

I don't know *where* this week has gone!!
I didn't get any sewing done in my evenings after work this week. If I want to have that halter top dress done in time for my Sewing conference/get-together (that starts two weeks from *today*), I've GOT to get a lot done on that this weekend.
I did however actually make dinner last night, *and* MrB & I went for a nice 40 minute walk in our neighborhood. Both were very good things. I've not only gotten into the habit of not working out, but I've gotten into the habit of only really making dinner on the weekends. Then I/we have leftovers for a few days, and then the last few days of the week I buy my lunch and make single-serving non-leftover-generating meals. I don't know why it takes such planning/effort/forethought for me to cook dinner. But it does.
This is where I hope my day goes quickly *and* I have enough energy left at the end of the day to maybe, just maybe, baste the bodice of my dress together... maybe I"ll bring my recently-made shirt to work so I can re-sew the buttons on during my lunch break... because all my intentions of moving said buttons earlier in the week have not led to actual action. Implusivity / out-of-sight out-of-mind I haz it.
