My FL is all abuzz with the whole Pluto is no longer a planet thing. It's no big deal to me, I suppose. I remember being really confused as a child learning about the planets and how there were these 8 good-sized ones that all went around the same, and then there was this little one that moved so differently. It didn't make much sense to me. I always thought that Pluto should've had the decency to line itself up with the others!

Sci-Fi channel is changing their name/formatting?!?!!!

Not that my geeky self ever watches tv that much, but where will I go for my Sci-Fi if they go away?

I filed the paperwork needed to get myself a passport on Monday. :) It'll make going across (& getting back) across the border to Canada next summer on our honeymoon a lot easier. Plus we have all these big plans to go travel the world and see places (someday). But most of all, my/our goal was to get it done in time so that we could each get one of the old kind of passports with out one of those little chips that can (but isn't supposed to) broadcast all your information to whoever has the right kind of reader.
