rosebeeFirstly sparkly related: I read on LJ a few days/weeks/something back that Johnny Wright said (when he showed up to a taping of an Extreme Makeover: Home Edition After The Storm in Florida) that Janet Jackson & Justin Timberlake would have albums coming out at the same time.
I googled up, and Janet's album is tentatively set for a fall 06 release (around the end of September).
That would mean new songs out this summer! By Janet & Justin!! Two of my favorite singers! :D
Secondly, non-sparkly related:
HTB has been miserable at his job as an internal help desk person for a software company. Just miserable. Comes home stressed & VERY cranky at least half the time.
He's planning to go back to school starting this summer but we've both been a bit worried about how much loans we'll have to take out and whether that'll be enough to pay the bills (because his current help desk job would both expire at the end of May and not be flexible enough to let him go to classes).
He applied for a few jobs on Monday, and he's already had 1 interview! It's for a Network Administrator position (which is what he REALLY likes to do), and he could work 7-3:30 which would let him get off early enough to take afternoon/evening classes. That interview was yesterday late afternoon, and HTB said it went fairly well! :D They've *already* called him back and he has a 2nd interview with them Monday afternoon (or is it Tuesday, I forget)!! :) And *another* company he sent his resume into is having him come in for an interview! :) He has that one on Tuesday afternoon (or Monday afternoon, I forget which one is which day).
I'm SOO excited/proud for him!!
