I haven't been this excited reading the morning paper in a long damn time!
There's a little section next to the comics called "People In The News". It's not written by anybody at our relatively small local paper, but is just culled from AP stuff. A new reality tv show is coming to ABC starting June 1st. It's all about ballroom dancing, and is called "Dancing With The Stars". The stars listed in the article are Rachel Hunter, Evander Holyfield [a boxer, ballroom dancing? that should be amusing], Joey McIntyre [SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!], John O'hurley (from "Seinfeld") and Kelly Monaco (from "General Hospital").

Jordan on The Surreal Life was nice, but this is MY JOEY!!!!! There aren't enough words for me to describe how giddy this makes me.
Evidently the premise of the tv show is that each star will be paired up with a professional ballroom dancing partner. The couples will then each be judged by viewers and a panel of dance experts. One couple will be eliminated each week.
::crosses every available body part that my Joey will be on as long as possible::
A former boybander has GOT to be a better dancer than a boxer, right? Joey's the only singer among the group, he's been dancing a long damn time. The others are just a model, an actor & an actress.
