The days after my Derby practices are really really hard.
Lack of sleep is NOT good for me. It makes existing super-mild anxiety issues less mild and more bothersome. It makes me feel down & in a funk even when it's a wonderful beautiful day & everything's going right.
I'm hoping food & large quantities of caffeine help.
