Definitely time to go check in with my Dr.

I haven't been sleeping good (but I'm not exhausted), & I'm feeling down and blah.

The presale starts tonight for the Tacoma, WA NKOTBSB tour! I should be bouncing off the walls excited about this, but I'm not.

Good thing I have an awesome Dr, and I know he'll be able to do something.


In non-dr/medical news:
A friend had a birthday party at the local skating rink. I had a pretty decent time. The music was louder than normal, so I had a difficult time hearing people. And within the first half-hour, MrB fell smack on his ass.

I tell you - I've never had such a heart-stopping moment as I did skating & coming around the corner to see him crumpled up against the wall of the rink! His tailbone is fairly sore & painful, but overall he's ok.


Adam Lambert's acoustic EP comes out today, it's awesome and beautiful and I love it to pieces!!!

Helpful Dr is helpful...

Dr seemed a little puzzled by the fact that my sleeping problem has to do with staying asleep and not falling asleep.

I'm going to increase my trazodone and call him in a week or two if it's not helping.

I agree with him when he says my mood/irritability will improve once my sleeping improves. I'm not super-sad all day, every day. Tired, but not overwhelmingly exhausted. In fact, right this moment, I'm in a pretty good mood!
