Jan. 2nd, 2010 07:18 amHappy 2010 everyone! I'm a day late with my well wishes, but yesterday was spent being sick (got a head cold on the 31st), playing Oblivion, and then going to see Avatar 3D with MrB.

For months now my sewing mojo has disappeared. First it was a VERY challenging dress that was insanely difficult to finish and didn't turn out the way I was hoping... then I had this difficult roman shade to do for the living room. I finally completed the last of those two projects a couple months ago. While I was doing the shade I was excited about my upcoming sewing projects (an unlined jacket in a black twill & again in a brown & white houndstooth babywale cordruoy & a knit dress)... but until the last day or so my urge to actually work on my knit dress was nil! But today, I have an urge to work on my dress!! :D
I also have a sewing class (on aprons) coming up a week from today and I need to go to JoAnns and pick out fabric to use. And go to the store the class is at and sign up & get the book with the apron pattern.
But first, breakfast!
