I'm so proud of myself!
Oct. 1st, 2007 12:19 pmI did good this weekend!
Saturday was nothing but a lazy do-nothing day. One I really needed.
Most of Sunday was spent doing laundry. But by the time Sunday afternoon rolled around I must've had enough relaxation time because I actually got up the energy & motivation to pull out one of my balance ball exercise dvds!! I've decided that in the interest of my health and longevity I need to exercise more (& start trying to eat better))
If I were to drop 15 pounds I'd have a BMI in the 'normal' range, and I think that's a good goal. So I'm going to try to eat better, and do some sort of exercise every day (in addition to my lunch time walks 2-3 times per week).
I'm also proud of the fact that I actually pulled out a cookbook and *cooked* dinner on Sunday! Normally the Bee household is a lazy one when it comes to food (a box of rice/pasta, and if we're feeling ambitious we'll heat up some precooked chicken strips or a side of veggies). But I cooked, and it came out really well!
