Ugh...

I'm sick. And I'm not having fun.

The Dr says it's a virus that's been going around and "half the town has the same thing".

Lots of coughing fits that make me sound like I'm dying to all those around me.

And of course lots of tiredness, because really, struggling to breathe all day long is really exhausting! I have some codeine cough medicine that works fairly well, but I can't take it full strength at work because it knocks me out so bad! I've been taking a half-dose which helps some but still makes me a bit tired & foggy-headed. But not so bad that I can't work.
The best news of all is that the Dr said that some people start feeling better in 10 days to 2 weeks, but it can last as long as 6 weeks.

The way my lungs work, I'm going be one of the 6-week types of people. Not fun at all!

Work is insanely busy and also not fun. I want a pause button to stop things so I can finish/catch-up on a dozen other things I have to do (then the pause button can be stopped, and the budget prep process can begin).
I haven't found the pause button yet, but I'm gonna keep looking!
