Secondly, lunch today should be rather odd. My office is in the middle of conducting 2nd interviews with some of the college students we had first interviews with on campus a couple of weeks ago. I've been the interviewee before. I've even been the person who was taken out to lunch by some of the staff at the place I was interviewing with.
Today, however, it will be me (and one of my coworkers) who will take out an interviewee to lunch. I've never been on that side of the table before. I've been on the otherside at least 3 or 4 times, though.
