(no subject)

I taped Kevin Hill last night. I didn't have a chance to watch it as the boyfriend and I went out for a walk (like we try and do most evenings).
From what I've seen of previews and such, the show looks like it should be a good one.

I drove the little road that loops through the ritsy/expensive neighborhood near my apartment complex that the boyfriend & I go down for our (near)nightly walks. Earlier, if I'd had to guess, I would've said that it was maybe a mile long. After using the handy little odometer on my car, I found out that it's just a smidge over 2 miles! Now that it's dark when we're walking we don't dawdle as much, but earlier we'd he'd more frequently stop to look at snails, slugs, and other assorted interesting things that may be found along the way, and we'll take the 2 miles in about 40 minutes or so.

I read that JC has 'come out' in regards to dating that woman he went to the Emmy Awards with. I really truly hope that he's happy. My only question is that I'm pretty sure I remember hearing him say (fairly recently, I thought) how he didn't like to date actresses (and that he was single and not dating anybody).

The drive home from the client's location (a way too fucking long hour and a half).

Started off by being totured by having to listen to the insanely awful right-wing conservative talk radio.

Then I got to listen to the debates. With 2 staunch right-wing republicans in the car.

I don't like debates to begin with. At all. When I'm at home, watching it on my own terms, I usually have to turn it off and cool down and then turn it back on again.

I really really need to go release some of this tension/irritation/frustration/etc. I'm waiting for the boyfriend to answer his cell so we can go for a walk.


I. want. the goddamnfucking shrub GONE! NOW!! I want people to stop believing that what he says is the almighty truthful gospel, the one and only *right* way.
