Damn am I glad that was only a dream.

dreamt I was unemployed and looking for a new job... or no, dreamt I was being let go from my current job because they needed someone with more experience because they were too busy to have someone like me who couldn't handle everything and needed too much help/assistance/handholding.

I know exactly why my subconscious came up with this lovely senario as nighttime entertainment. Before I went to sleep last night I was talking with the boyfriend and telling him about how I had my eval scheduled for next week.
I'm kind of concerned about it, but not really. Both of the people who are scheduled to present it to me are very nice and I like them both a lot.

What a happy way to wake up though, to realize you're not being fired after all.

Arrrrgggghhhh!!

I've got bad things on my computer.

My firewall software (ZoneAlarm) found some programs that wanted to connect to the interent (bargains.exe, and search assistant). I didn't let them.

Now I'm running Ad-Aware in attempt to get rid of these things. I just did this a week or so ago, but I guess it didn't fully get rid of them because they're back again. That or I got reinfected somehow. I wish I knew where I got these things from!
