I hereby decree that Garbage Trucks shall never operate outside my windows, or within hearing distance of my windows, before 9am. This means the garbage truck that decided to bang & clang outside my window at 5:30 this morning is in violation of said decree, and must be reprimanded. severely. I do not like being woken up at 5:30am.
