The following was posted by someone who had a friend that called the radio station that was sponsoring last night's surprise birthday party JC performed at.

JC told us that the album was due out on Oct. 21 or 28th. The single should be heading radio's way in the next few weeks. He played a secret show here in Vegas last night at Skin at the Palms. It actually was Tara Reid's birthday bash. Our station gave out all of the free tickets to the show.

BMG U.S. moved it today to January 27th, 2004 on their release schedule.

So now we wait and see what happens in the next few weeks..

I'm surprised that the U.S. site matched up with the Canadian site. There is still a chance that the date might get bumped back to November.

We will have to wait and see how the next few weeks play out...

I'm hoping that this is just some random date selected prior to the "meeting" and it will be soon adjusted accordingly...
(This last sentence is in reference to Carlos telling a fan that they were going to have a meeting with Jive today to narrow the 33 songs JC'd recorded down to 14 to go on the album).

I'm told by my friend, who's friend got to hang out with JC last night and ended up at the ghost bar with him after the Puddle of Mudd concert, that the meeting didn't take place today. That he was going to New York after the Latin Grammys, so I'm guessing the meeting is taking place tomorrow or Friday.



Well. um. We have a release date now, right? That's a good thing (better than a release date of 'TBD'). And who knows, it might change (well, it likely *will* change), but hopefully it'll change in our favor next time!

Wow! This actually looks decent. The next time I have $30 to spend, I think I'm gonna sign up for this. Even if only one or two of the things they're promising comes to fruition, it'll be $30 well spent.
