Thank god I'm finally home - it feels like it's been forever.

The concert was marvelous. If I'd been taller, or had floor seats that were closer, I would've been able to see a bit better, but nonetheless it was absolutely wonderful.

I ended up sleeping until 11am (& even then my hostess had to wake me up)!! Yikes! So much for making it back home (approx. 2 hours from Portland) in time to go to work this afternoon. I was originally planning to make it in to the office at 1pm, but I decided about 5 seconds after I woke up that I was not going to be doing that.

Now I have all afternoon to unpack, catch up with LJ, fic (yay!), bills (yuck!), and all those other things that pile up when one's been away from home for nearly 2 full weeks.
