I've lived in this new apartment of mine for, oh... about a month now.
I have a little surround sound home theater system. It's a nice little thing, that I like a lot. It has a 5-disc DVD/CD changer, subwoofer, and all those fun little speakers around my living room.
Ever since I moved in and hooked everything up, every time I turned the system on (even if I didn't have anything going) the subwoofer would pick up this one radio station. So if I wanted to watch a DVD, I had to turn the volume way up so that the regular speakers would drown out the subwoofer's radio station.
I was fiddling with all the cords, trying to figure out what in the world could be causing it.
Guess what happened when I unplugged the tv cable from the wall? Yep, the subwoofer radio station went bye-bye!
So, now every time I want to listen to the radio, a CD, or watch a DVD, I have to walk over to the tv, and unplug the tv cable from the wall.
Which means, if I want to tape something on my VCR, while I watch a DVD/CD or listen to the radio... I'll still have to put up with the subwoofer radio station.
::sigh::
At least I know where it's coming from, right?
Maybe now I can figure out how to make it go away.
