Yet one more source of getting a cold. Joy.

HTB woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat.

By the end of the day yesterday I had a bit of a sore throat as well. Though I'm not sure exactly what that particular cause was.

::knocks on wood::

So far I seem to be doing ok. Maybe a bit tired, but not really sick or anything. I'm REALLY hoping it doesn't get any worse than this!

we have extra zinc and vitamin c and protein and lots of broth when we feel coldish. stay away from caffeen and sugar and sleep extra. lovelovelove fromboo!
