WHEEEEE!!

People at the JJB have said that JC's doing an in-studio appearance this morning with Doc & Johnny on XL106.7...

I guess someone's taping it, so hopefully it'll be uploaded & the rest of us will be able to hear it, too! VAporkchop is recording it, and has posted that "it just might take me a while to get it uploaded since i have to run around and do stuff tomorrow. but i will leave it recording and then get it to you as soon as i get back"

JC's official site is www.musicfreedom.com!

Early Reports from the JJB:

from staci3374: Hopefully someone is recording this! JC is on fire this morning! I loved his 'Reality Traffic' bit. Someone got their caffeine this morning.
Cool. You guys are going to die when you hear the 'reality traffic' idea that JC came up with. He wants a patent on it.
He is in a great mood today. He's probably so happy that the album is finally coming out and the full-on promo has started.

from taniaoakley: He was just in the main studio again taking photos with Doc, Johnny, the guy in the black cap and some woman with black hair.
JC was wearing a black Beanie with a white pattern on the right side, black sweater and dark pants.
His CD looked like it had a dark cover, and the guy in the black cap tried to steal it by shoving it down his shirt at one stage.

from msstacey1111: JC was adorable! Absolutely adorable! The reality traffic part was SO funny and so cute! They needed to let JC talk more and interrupt him less though!
*wonders what midtempo song JC seemed to love and want them to play that they didn't*
They did play all of BMU and clips of ADIDAS, CTM and BMW.

from kare3124: He's been on with the morning crew since a little after 8. He's still on right now. I'm trying to take notes. He is going to have a bonus track up at www.musicfreedom.com, so people should go thereand register.
They did play Some Girls at the very beginning right before JC came on. I took notes. I could post them if you guys want to try reading them.

JC was in the studio this morning at XL 106.7 in Orlando. I’ve put together some notes for the JCLove group and would be happy to share them with you guys as well. It’s not a transcript or anything that detailed--just notes I made while trying to listen and work at the same time.

JC talked about how hard it’s been to keep the album under wraps--how it takes just one guy to leak it. [makes me wonder what he thinks of the Promosquad clips] He said that he oversaw the whole project--every bit of it. After the album was mastered, he was worried about sending it to the pressing plant because if one person thinks it looks interesting it could potentially be *out there.* He covered the release date being pushed back. He attributed it to extra time being needed because of the holidays and in order to give the album a *fair shake.*

Doc & Johnny haven't seen JC since CFTC in Miami. JC talked about how on the first day there he was *so baked.* Hitting the beach was the *worst mistake* he ever made. He did have sunblock--SPF 15--which he said cooked off in about five seconds. He said he wound up having to wear long sleeves when it was 95 degrees outside. He also said that CFTC has NOT been finalized for this year. They were just talking about doing it in Florida again.

JC talked about how he loves Orlando. He loves waking up in Orlando, going to see his friends, and making all his little stops. He could live anywhere, you know, and he loves Orlando. [*squee*]

Doc & Johnny describe JC as a *mellow dude.* JC says he’s into *good vibes.* Doc & Johnny said it’s just cool that JC is so down-to-earth.

JC took some questions from callers. He was asked about his favorite song on the album and responded that it’s a tough decision and depends on his mood since every song is so different. He talked again about how he only worked with people that he was really good friends with. He said he didn’t seek out who’s the *hot guy* right now. He worked with *cats that he was just vibing with.*

Before he chose the 15 tracks for the album, JC said he chose from 25 to 30. There will be a bonus track up at Music Freedom. JC said we can all go to www.musicfreedom.com today to register and that we will get the bonus track in the next couple of days.

JC talked about how appreciative he is to his label and how they recognized that *this kid is growing and he’s becoming a real artist.* He said he was thankful they let him pursue what he had in his mind and how they went out of their way to let him be him.

His promotional schedule is being put together now. He mentioned the shows he’s already done. He said that doing his own stuff just came naturally, but that it would be a little weird if he were to perform an *NSYNC song by himself. He felt that he really connected with the audience and that the whole vibe was just more intimate. He always strives to do the best possible show he can.

JC was asked about being compared with Justin. He described him as his *best friend* and as the *best solo artist out right now* in JC’s opinion. He said the differences between their records are *night and day* and that when his record comes out people will have a clear understanding of that. [Personal note here: I hope I got this next part right because I do not want to cause a problem with anyone!] I understood JC to say that Justin wouldn’t have had a successful record if it hadn’t been for *NSYNC and that he, Joey, Lance, and Chris share in Justin’s success.

He was asked about people he has met and described several, particularly talking about US Presidents. He described Clinton as the *coolest guy on this planet*--how he’s a *very, very intelligent human being* and *he’s on top of it.* He said that Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea are a *tight clique.*

They played three clips:

All Day Long I Dream About Sex--They joked about playing it in the morning, and JC said *what’s better than morning sex*? He described the song as *full-party mode.* It’s the *point song*--his *spring break anthem*. He said if you can’t have fun with this song, then there’s something wrong with you.

Come To Me--Sorry, I didn’t get the comments.

Build My World--JC said *this is the cool one*--*this is the ballad.*

There were constant references about the Jive reps watching every move they were making in the studio to prevent them from copying his CD. JC said *Jive has got his back.*

And before the show ended, everyone thanked JC for putting out some refreshing new music.

Sorry I didn’t get everything, but hopefully this will do until something better comes along.

I found it somewhere, but at this point, I can't remember where.

If you haven't found it yet, let me know and I'll figure out a way to send it to you!

I think I got it... this is the one where JC was talking about traffic disasters? He seemed to have an odd fixation on the trauma of car accidents.
